  • Checking that all the URLs are correct

  • Proof reading and editing your description (with your approval). If you have a catchy description, you will get more downloads.

  • Checking that your program installs and runs.  (There is no point submitting a program if the reviewer cannot get it to run!)

• PAD file generation

• Submission of your program to up to 400 shareware sites.  The number of sites will vary depending on the type of software as some sites list only certain types of programs.

• A report containing a detailed listing of all the sites your program has been submitted to, including the username and passwords for sites which require you to log in.

• Routine checks to see where and when your program has been listed.

• Information about how many times your program has been downloaded (from sites that provide that information).

• Updating your listings when new versions of your software are released.

• Web site hyperlink verification report.
