Before we can enter into this contract with you we need you to indicate your acceptance of the following terms:

1. Software Submit.com reserves the right to deny any order to perform this service for any software that it deems to be offensive or objectionable, in it's sole discretion.
2. Software Submit.com cannot be held responsible for any submission errors that are the result of having erroneous data delivered to them by the client.
3. Software Submit.com promises to submit the information provided by you in as accurate a manner as is reasonably possible. Software Submit.com has no control of the web sites to which the software will be submitted and therefore cannot guarantee that all submissions will be accepted and listed.
4. Software Submit.com shall not be responsible in any way for any consequential, incidental or direct damages incurred by using this service.
5. You agree to provide Software Submit.com with all information necessary to comply with your request for services, including a valid PAD file for each program, or information from which we can generate a PAD file, as well as login information for sites with which you already have an account. You also agree to provide any other information, upon Software Submit.com's request, which is pertinent to the successful fulfillment of the order.
6. You agree to cooperate with Software Submit.com by promptly forwarding all submission-related emails for the purpose of expediting and completing the submissions process.
7. You agree to Software Submit.com placing a link to your site on their Client's page.
8. You may request specific sites to be included in your submission and Software Submit.com will honor such requests as long as each site is already in their submission database and submitting the program(s) will not violate the submission policies of that site. If you request submission to a site that is not already in Software Submit.com's submission database, Software Submit.com will attempt to honor the request, however submission to such sites cannot be guaranteed. If you fail, or do not desire, to request that specific sites be submitted to, Software Submit.com reserves the right to select the sites it deems, in its discretion, are most appropriate for the program(s) being submitted and will provide the greatest benefit to you, according to the type of submission package ordered.
9. As an independent contractor, Software Submit.com reserves the right to carry out and accomplish the agreed-to services in such a way as it deems fit and promises to abide by any laws governing such services and will take every reasonable step within the bounds of this agreement to positively promote and not harm the reputation of you, your company, or your software.
10. Payment for requested services may be paid either in advance or according to a schedule agreed upon by both parties.
11. Software Submit.com has a refund policy if you are unhappy with the service that we offer.  A valid reason must be made in writing by contacting us.  Software Submit.com reserves the right to deny any request for a refund.
12. While Software Submit.com reserves the right to deny any request for services they are grateful for your patronage and expect that such denial will rarely, if ever, be invoked.
