Software Submit is a privately owned and run Australian company.  It was founded in 2001 by Sigma Solutions as a result of promoting their software.  Eve Sheridan, now director of SoftwareSubmit.com has also been the project manager since its start in 2001.  In March 2010 SoftwareSubmit.com was bought out by Eve who is now the sole director of the company.  It is no longer a part of the Sigma Solutions group.

Eve has had a long history of submitting shareware and a lot of knowledge about the shareware industry.  She has developed a close relationship with many of her clients who come back time and time again, a testament to the excellent service that SoftwareSubmit.com provides.
